Every Around LLC engagement is governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties. This page describes how those agreements are structured.
What's included in every agreement
- Scope of services: Exactly what Around LLC will and will not deliver, scoped to your environment after a discovery assessment.
- Pricing: Monthly fees, per-project fees, or hourly rates as applicable. No hidden charges.
- Response time commitments: Defined service levels for support tickets, depending on severity.
- Term and termination: Length of the agreement and how either party can end it.
- Confidentiality and security: How we handle your business and technical information.
- Backup, security, and infrastructure responsibilities: Clear delineation of what's covered.
Engagement types we offer
Full managed services, monitoring-only, backup-only, licensing management, project-based work, and custom mixed engagements. Each has its own agreement template tailored to the scope.
